Each table carries a small branded code: a guest scans it, rates the food and the service from one to five stars, can add a tag or a comment, and sends it off. The whole thing takes under thirty seconds and requires no download, no sign-up and no waiting for a waiter with a card machine.

On the other side, feedback lands instantly in the restaurant console. Owners and managers see live ratings for every branch and table, trends over time, the tags guests mention most, and how food compares with service. Instead of a stack of comment cards read once a month, a restaurant gets a clear picture of what is working tonight.

DineEZ is built by a small, independent product team that spends a lot of time in restaurants — and got tired of watching good kitchens guess. We build the scanning flow, the dashboards and the QR codes ourselves, and we keep the guest side deliberately frictionless so more people actually answer.
